Foundations Package
For this service, Corporate Training provides a quarterly health assessment. This assessment includes a Muscle-Fat Analysis, Body Mass Index and Basal Metabolic Rate. Our professionals offer nutrition coaching and goal specific fitness programming to all employees.
Corporate Build-out
For this service, Corporate Training provides professional guidance on how to best optimize a space in order to build out a gym that allows you to help set up your clients, employees or yourself up for success!
